Large Tapioca Pearls. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Use within 1 day of opening. Ingredients: Tapioca starch, flour treatment agent: E220. Best before: see overleaf. Origin: Thailand. Preparation method: Soak the pearls in boiling water for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pan and leave overnight or for 12 hours. Place the pearls in boiling water and reduce the heat. Continue stirring for 15-20 minutes until the pearls are clear. Rinse the pearls with cold water and drain.
