Aquaculture product, seaweed farmed in China and hand-harvested in the Pacific Ocean (FAO Area 61).

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, store tightly to prevent moisture from entering.

Directions for use: 1-2 grams per person per day. Soak the wakame seaweed in cold water for 5 minutes or in hot water for 2 minutes to soften it. Do not leave it in the water for too long, as it may lose its flavor. Once softened, it is ready to use and can also be used in cooking with broths, legumes, and stews.
